I would be taking advice from an accountant if I were you - if you are self employed then one would assume you use the services of an accountant anyway for your self assessment tax return.

 

If you are a subcontractor, and work 3 days a week for this firm, then if you are bonafide then there should be no problem from either side as you have other clients.
