Ideas for racking in a transit

Seats went first week of ownership they went on eBay! Windows are blacked out. When you say lockable door do you mean inside the actual door of the van for security :confused1:

 

Yeah so after the veh door, ud have another say roller shutter that u could lock up at nite, just incase bud

eBay transit racking there's loads on there for panel vans just got to picture it in your van and what kit would go where..

 

Have all ur P.O.L on the lower rack and seperate from anything else and have a lip at the front so that if any spill it wont be spilling out into ur van, after that maybe have all climbing gear etc above it, other side for your saws and misc!

Built my shelving out of dexion from the scrap yard with ply inset for the shelves. The good thing with dexion is that you can custom build it to fit and put as many shelves as you require. I was lucky enough to have all the bolts with it as well all for 25 quid.

Halfords had some proffessional van racking :lol:for £250 a go but it did not sell so they reduced it to £50 a bay and it was fairly good may be worth a look in your local store they can look on the screen and see whats about. The racking in my other van is made by bott. Good stuff but cost about 2k proper shelves no useless little compartments. saws and combi cans fit straight on and dont fall off.
