Me and Rhys will be there! Scott (taffupatree) and a few other boys will be up for it I'm sure.

Martyn: I'll PM you now with a possibility of location and ideas.

Keep us posted, Martyn. A Welsh rec climb has been talked about for a while now so it would be great to definitely get something sorted.

i agree matthew,it would be a great day and a good laugh

i thought the rudry site was a good idea, junc 30 m4 is a pretty central location for eveyone to meet, have a bite to eat, then go for a climb

my mate owns the 12 acres down rudry,we went down on saturday to have a look, theres not a woods on the grounds, but some trees good enough for a climb, some long thin alder, great for spikes,so the newbies can have a go:thumbup:

the date was too early for many who were interested,so perhaps feb

Sounds good about the central meet up and can see the sense in waiting until more peeps are available. Like everyone is saying, the more the merrier. Keep us posted on datesand locations.

yes looks like most are good for Feb. Hows about making a tentative arrangement for mid feb-ish so everybody can put it in their diaries.

good to have a convenient place for grub as well :thumbup1:

Personally be happy with Martyn's suggested site
