What does a TEUPEN LEO GT 15 OR 18 COST BRAND NEW THEN?

 

 

 

 

I bought my Teupen (15 GT) for £20k (this came off the importers hire fleet) New they were quoting around £25k although there were some ‘as new’ machines that Sky TV’ had on trial which were going for a little less.

where is the best place to look for a used LEO GT 15 or 18 then mate?

From the limited research I did it seems there are little to no independents out there…..I went straight to Spiderlift.

Rung them today......they quoted me £29,950 for a 2 yr.old used LEO 15GT - doesn't sound right that does it!?! unless they have rocketed up in price recently with the Euro going tits up perhaps!?!?

I wouldn’t go so far as to say they’re taking the piss. The value of the £ has a lot to do with it and also the demand. It’s still a sellers market out there when it comes to MEWP’s – demand is exceeding supply.

Spot on John, most mewps are imported hence the drastic rise in price, I would look in holland or germany and bring it over myself

 

I'd also go for 18m, it's amazing how useful that extra 10ft is

Trouble is, you get the 18 and still climb out the basket to get the next 10ft
