This time last year I was 17 stone 11 and one of my resolutions was to get down to 16 stone 7. I got on the scales a couple of days ago and was 15 9, so am pleased with that. Been down to just under 15 stone in the autumn but piled a bit on again in the run up to Christmas.

For next year, the resolution will be focused on finding a job that I enjoy and getting stuck into it, plus doing something more enjoyable and constructive in my free time than sitting on my backside watching the telly or surfing the web!
