Had real problems in 2012 over my self esteem as I've been obese now for a couple of years, any thoughts suggestions ? Would really appreciated Steve blairs thoughths as he sounds like a sound guy

Google military fitness companies in your area, the british military stuff is a start. Chap i went to school with set up own in coventry GoCommando. I train four times a week, its social gets you out and a about and the results are so much better than training in a gym with no-one else around you motivating.

Personal trainers are great if you can afford them, but not for me, group training is my thing.

Get on it be aggressive with it and say right thats it, im done with the old me. Sometimes though no-one can help you until you help yourself, and by admitting it you have made a start, dont just dwell on it within this thread blah blah blah, get on with it chap!!!!

Good luck

If life is too easy some people can think themselves into depressive states. Personally, i feel good days hard craft, and I do mean hard, will ensure a good nights sleep, remove negative thoughts, improve fitness, improve you sex drive, and generally help you feel at peace with yourself. Try it and see, I have never been happier getting stuck in to work, to much time on your hands is not always a good thing.

Hope things improve, chin up, look up never down.

Past experiences the original poster is probably sat at home lording it over the idiots offering advice.

If he is for real then, yes it is a difficult place to be in and shouldn't be mocked. As is if it is a wind up it is even lower.

Only Butler will know and the fact he started a thread and then never came back to it leads me (and others) to think its a wind up.
