Gasifying boilers... cheap vs expensive?

Hello, I will be Installing a new log gasifying boiler system in 2013 and would like to hear from users of top and lower end boilers/tanks. I'm looking at installing a 25kw boiler connected to a 1500 litre accumulator with domestic water and solar coil in an unvented system. Has anyone experience of the ETA boilers? I know they have a good reputation and long warranty period, but is the extra few thousand pounds worth it when I have a free wood supply? I'm also looking at the Kotly Orlan boiler (sold in uk as Eco Angus Super, the green model). Has anyone had any issues with these, especially as its the cheaper version with thinner boiler steel? The same question goes for tanks, is the extra warranty and solar baffle of the Akvaterm tanks worth more than twice the price tag of cheaper versions of similar spec in anyone's eyes? Any comments would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
