been a member for a while by a different handle. very good site lots of info and help. very much agg related but it is a farming forum. the workshop and IT site has some very usfull info. since finding this site it leans more towards what i do every day so will use both as have a smallholding and looking to go into livestock on a small scale. as for not getting on never had a problem need to do 15 posts before you get full acess. other member has offered to speak to mods so will let him sort it out for you

hi yes not far from me. you in to the tree surgeon piece or do more on the landscape side.

 

LOL neither now

 

was working for local eletric comp on the powerline clearance

 

but my main occupation is farming, tractors mainly.

spent 17 years on 1 farm got made redundant then went along the tree route for around 4 years but big shiney tractors and a free house drew me back to farming!!

 

still love the trees and have brought with me a good bit of experiance working with trees. glad i did it and would go back any day maybe not on the powerlines more forestry or estate maintainance

well if your farm ever needs a hedgelayer to do hedges be more than happy to quote.

could well do in the near future.

 

changed to the higher level stewards ship scheme this year, when the dust settles there cold well be room for this type of work.

Bet monbiot winds then up had a read and lots of threads on how bad  vegans and rewilding is, how ELMS is no good.

 


Though global prices are spiralling, fuelled by Russia’s war in Ukraine, this is no reason to drop rewilding, says Guardian...
