well that just is a beast! what sort of wate can that carry and hoe do you stabalise the tree once its in its new home?

The weight of the tree is 8 ton. We stabilize the tree as in the picture

Was there any root pruning undertaken in the years before the move?

Was on a site years ago were Rustkins where moving trees, I had the job of guy roping them with my old boss who got the job. The weather was bad rain most of the time.
