Nice post mate

 

 

Seems to be an abundance in snakes this year this must be the 10th time this year in 10 different wood chip heaps I've heard about and seen

 

Who says where not doing our part for the world???

I took these in the summer there was over 20 on this pile but i was only able to get a few shots ,there was another heap about 20ft away with adders on it but they were too quick for me with the iphone.

 

That's interesting. From what I understand, adders and grass snakes tend to prefer different habitats (grass snakes like it wet, adders like it dry) so it's relatively uncommon to find them in the same place.
