if so it is the fault of the injection equipment, not the engine, delphi i think

 

not always the DPf units were almost an after thought to the engine these engines also suffer with kknown turbo oil supply issues and due to the turbo and dpf unit being so close to each other duuring regeneration the heat loading on the turbo is increased this along with oil feed issues can cause them to fail prematurly and if oil vapour gets into the dpf it blocks quite fast also as you say there are issues with the injector seals and some other parts generaly its what comes from using a French engine lol !
