just a few pics of our yard improvements this year, bit by bit we are moving from less mud to more concrete!

 

now the lads have a shelter to cut in all weathers and a nice clean area to keep clean and sweep out

Looking at your pics will inspire me, that and the hatred I am developing for mud a bit of planning and some decent concrete makes life so much easier. I have some of those railway sleepers on order for first week in December.

i know what you mean:thumbdown:,

 

but now we expect cutting in snow, hail, rain, hurricane etc etc and so no excuse for upping production

 

(plus i hate getting my hair wet when its my turn on the transaw:blushing:)

a bit of planning - i know what you mean, this project has been in the offing a good two years and never was the right time to start it:blushing:, but my cousin who did the work, just said "right i can start now! lets get on" and made us down tools and get stuck into it - and im so glad we did it looking at the weather this week and whats forecast:thumbup:

Looks great but if it was mine I would be attaching chicken wire to the decking. First hard frost and the decking will be like a skating ring especially on the steps.

looks a nice set up well done takes a bit of planing enthusiasm and bit of dosh bit of grunt and there you go . no doubt you will tweek a few bits ,i think it makes so much difference if you dont mind going into work in the first place keep up the good work:thumbup:

As you've said, a bit of a shed to put the splitter under, and also the netted logs would be ace.........

 

Make it so you can take it with you, I like the look of those horse shelters you can push round the field. Man on ea corner and an ifor willaims they could go anywhere.
