its only 27 tons the rams are rated at 12ton each but we tweeked the digger an extra 300psi

its not the pressure thats on the rams, its how good the hydraulics is behind the rams, then theres the welding, aslong as it holds up,

would b hard to put wheels on it,

if mine, wheels would be at ram end, draw bar at splitter end, it could b slide back into the the frame out of the way, big engine at the back, its not mine seen it on ebay a few years ago,

awww! ha i recognize that splitter, i based my ones design on that one after seeing it on youtube back in 2012

 

i dont deserve any credit, its even got wheels :lol:

it aint mine,, i dont have a splitter,, want 1 tho, no good in a coucil house with gas central heating,, ha ha, ive a keen interest in them,, did work a splitter once for a company, was splitting 3 weeks and still wasnt finished,,

Hi GRAHAM running off the JCB mate my old mate had Caterpillar bulldozer ram it large must be 20tons +++ and he has 2 4ft stoke to thanks Jon

been on here before but todays the first use its had in two years, the diggers not healthy

 

quite lucky today as nothing broke or jammed and two m3 split in under 5min!

 

Hi graham good splitter BUT could you fit more cutters in mate as some logs looked large and how log is the Rams thanks how many LT OF OIL do you think they need thanks Jon
