Dont put net up blades, put an owl box in there, its not a proper barn without an owl!

 

Would an owl box and owls using it put off swallows from nesting inside??

If you can get an owl in there you wont have any swallow problems, however its remarkably easier to get swallows than an owl. May take some time, but would be well worth it in the end.

Lovely shed but why put off swallows. They make a shed.

 

I like swallows and we let them nest in a few of our sheds but them do make a mess with the poo!!

Sounds good, we'll try this... we do have owls living close... we hear them in the evenings!
