New wood shed

Progress so far.... the weather has held things up a little but it's moving in the right direction at least.... these dark nights don't help!!

 

Most of the trusses are up, tin roof ordered and the larch cladding started

Looks great, good that you have given it a decent overhang for when there is horizontzal rain.

 

Have you decided of roofing material, I reckon Clear PVC Corrugated would be ideal so it get some extra warmth & light help dry logs faster.

I expect the total cost of materials will end up being about 2 - 2.5k but that will include gutters and sub base for the floor.... I'll split it up once invoices come in.

 

Could have reduced this by mixing concrete for the posts instead of using postcrete

Going for a combination of forest green tin and clear.... I wanted it to match a falconry building (to some degree at least) and my Agri shed.... You can just see it in these pics

Nice one I will have to look them up as need to price up a shed about 9.6x 3-4 meters
