Will someone give a definitive answer why this won't work.

 

You walk in the casino with intention of winning £50 no more no less,

You put £50 on red, even odds so obviously if you win you get £100 back, then walk out with your £50.

 

How ever if you lose you need to put £100 on red too get your £50 as so on:

 

 

£50 red result black - lose £50 down

£100 red result black - lose £150 down

£200 red result black - lose £200 down

etc

............................

...........................

...........................

so you keep going red as many times as need to until you win the £50, fair enough you might be betting thousands to get the £50, but surely if you keep doubling up the law of averages will give you a red. I know their is the void result (white), but do casino's have a rule to stop you doing this. Got this feeling inside that someone is going to come up with a answer that will make me look rather stupid. But hey it won't the first time.

when in was in amsterdam in the new year we all went in the cassino with 100 euros, i played red or black and doubled my money, on the first bet i think it had hit black 7 times every one was betting red so i went on black and won played that table for about half an hour walked away with 200 euros, 2 of my mates lost 200 euros each though!

out of irony i still lost as i put it all in slot machines just as i finished my last euro rich played the same machine and instantly won 500! put me off casinos though!

Ive seen it come up red 14 times in a row,theres no sure way.

A run on a colour would quickly hit the house limit and thwart your plan. Also remember that red or black is not an evens bet. Green pays the rent.
