Odd firewood complaints

Anyone been told firewood too dry? Also, gave customer load of birch instead of softwood because we ran out and they complained (was sold at softwood price). Anyone else had this odd complaints?

Had a bloke who said he had to dip the logs in water before burning them because they were to dry!

Yep had the too dry aswell... she said "is this your theory so they burn up faster and you sell more?" I just answered "have you got a hosepipe or even a pond?"...

Anyway, yeah there is like "I don't like your logs, they smell of strawberrys". That aint normal, that's odd.

Aye there is, ordinary complaint would be too big or too wet, odd (strange or peculiar) would be too dry.
