Don't know how dolmar and danarm fit the timescale, but I think they are older in general use than the saw I'm after.

Gardenkit has made something similar for a husky. But he has used the plug tool.

 

I will look into what saw it was.

That post reminded me of this tool which was in my boxes packed for return to NZ...If I get my visa. I dug it out for the occasion and thought it would be good to have some pics of it. It ain't that saw by the way mate:001_smile:

Ahh damnit.

 

I'm still getting good at these quizzes tho. I Might have to come up with one and make it a little bit harder for everyone. :thumbup:

 

Its got to be an old dolmer or and old stihl then.

Barries fabricated tool will fit any Husky with the chainbrake integrated in to the cover with the star type latch on it so 340, 345, 345, 351, 353, 357, 359, 372 ............etc

Well if Spuds bin and gone I think it's time to say what saw it was for.

 

It may be that it would fit lots of saws...I wouldn't know... but it was made for an 020.

 

I mean an 020 as in the pic and not a 200 series.
