New Chainsaw

Hi guys,

Where is the best place to buy your chainsaw from. This will be the first time i have bought one, so im not sure wheres best to go?

Really rather depends where you are. Husky & Stihl I don't think can be mail ordered easily, so you'll need to find your local dealer...

Have you decided what saw you want, or do you need help choosing?

Ive been recommended from some of the guys at college to get a Stihl ms260/261 or an ms200 rear handle.

Ms260 is a bit bomb proof IMO.

 

I have been using one behind a chipper for a few years now and can't really fault it. It did need fixing by me a while back but it was new spark plug and wouldn't run due to my mistake on putting the carb back and not connecting the impulse line

260 is history; long gone.
