As a pretty good rule of thumb (for this country) - if a house has timber in it where the conditions are right for woodworm.... it'll have woodworm! :biggrin:

I think when I looked into it woodworm only migrate for 2 weeks of the year in the summer. So if you dont leave the wood left over from the winter in the house all summer you should not have a problem. Its useful to have the facts at hand in our new fantastic blame claim society. :biggrin:
