the whole country is ranged against me so i have done the honorable thing and deserted any notion of the dreaded chinese chippie.Wallenstien 24hp is now in my mind. any thoughts.

My thoughts, your sanity has returned....welcome back ax man :thumbup1: personally I know nothing about the machines other than at the AA Show their stand was set up next to ours, and the machinery looked very well built, and finished. Sorry I can be of no more help than this.

I've not read the full run down yet on the other thread yet, but it did make me shudder.....

 

Wallenstein come in from across the Atlantic. Everything has a place ih this world market but.....

 

Promote the UK economy! Buy British........

 

Plus, what are you doing to do with it when you realise that you need a professional machine and that they are priced to work? I'm sorry, but I doubt that it will trade in at what you think it is worth!

Glad to hear you have your sanity back, those chineese things are defo trouble, the wallenstein is 5k for a small chipper, you could get a nice used Timberwolf 150 6" chipper for that. Have a good look around before u take the plunge.:)
