Not sure in your case Hal, but I was luckily made redundant, and it was part of the deal that the govt had to pay for re-training in whatever field we wanted, so I got all my tickets paid for that way. If you're at college, it may come under a student grant. I'll have to ask my son when he gets in and let you know.

i was at kilmarnock college, was there for 10 months and got four tickets, cs30, 31, 38 and 39

 

i had to pay a small amount of money towards them, for 30 and 31 i paid just over £100 and 38 and 39 i paid £74
