Is there any funding for the Tickets or do you have to pay for them all?

Not sure in your case Hal, but I was luckily made redundant, and it was part of the deal that the govt had to pay for re-training in whatever field we wanted, so I got all my tickets paid for that way. If you're at college, it may come under a student grant. I'll have to ask my son when he gets in and let you know.

a guy i work with occassionally is at college...im pretty sure he said they are allowed one unit per year for free

I got a full grant for my NC course which of course includes training towards the tickets. But you have to pay for the assessments yourself.

Im at Otley collge, we get two tickets paid for a year.

i was at kilmarnock college, was there for 10 months and got four tickets, cs30, 31, 38 and 39

 

i had to pay a small amount of money towards them, for 30 and 31 i paid just over £100 and 38 and 39 i paid £74
