Well done. Just goes to show what you can do with a bit of determination. I too, went to houghall over 20 years ago. Perhaps, if things were different, I might also have gone on to do a degree course.

To be honest. I'm looking at a change of career. I've been working with trees for 31 years now. Work is getting harder and I've lost a bit of enthusiasm. Hopefully have a new challenge in the pipeline next year.

I'm in the process of registering for the environmental science degree but unlike yourself it's going to tale me 6 years as I will be doing good mine part time through the open university whilst still serving in the army. Like you I'm beginning to get nervous

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
