advice on big saws

I just checked out the specs and the 372 will take 28 inch bar. It is also significantly lighter than the 390 and 395. Is the disadvantage of additional weight outweighed by the power gained with the bigger 390?

I have a 20 inch bar on my 372 and it seems a very good match.

I'm going to try it on a 28" bar as it's only going to be run on the 28 very occasionally, I don't do enough big trees to warrant getting a really big saw. And if it doesn't pull it as well as I'd like I can always get it spudtuned... :001_smile:

I can't believe how greedy eBay have become, 10% takes the piss a bit I reckon, plus they win again on PayPal.... :sneaky2:

I had a Nunu.... which I always thought sounded like the kind of thing a girl who hadn't 'seen much of the world' would call her undecipherables....
