Looking or a vesper

I know there are a few bikers on here and I know it's not a proper motorbike but my other half is looking for a vesper moped as she wants one to ride.

 

Not looking for a top notch one, doesn't matter if its junk as it can be rebuilt. Also not got a huge budget to spend either.

 

Anyway just putting a few feelers out to see what happens.

I work with a guy who has a lot to do with vespas, Buying selling parts etc...Its a long way from you though up by hull. If interested pm me and i will get his contact details for you.

Funny thing about the spelling. My iPad wont let me spell cespa, we spa, taspa, Vespa oh there we go there it is.

Tried flea bay, looking at a few on there, but I like to broaden the horizon a bit other than just flea bay.

Avoid flea bay mate. My mate is big into it, scooter rallies and all that and owns a few himself. At least a fellow arbtalker can vouch for him too eh .

Vespa's..small tyres, cool but not very nice to ride, as in they slip slide away, get something with bigger wheels, mmmm like a C90

This issue was brought up and tried to be discussed but once she has an idea in her head I'm powerless to advise on it or be listened to.
