I think you will find its around sweet FA, you would do better being a self employed Climber doing 3 days a week with some of the lovely guys and gals on here. Read the In desparate times...silky thread :-)

had an interview for bartletts a couple of months ago,they was paying £78 for groundies before tax,the guys said the wages are low all round though you do get all yr perks,ie holiday bank holidays and ppe payed for ,so swings and roundabouts really...

Worked full time for Glendale for a bit. They pay nearly all climbers an insulting 60 per day I was using all my own ppe and climbing gear, they would not put me through ANY training or replace ANY gear.
