Thanks all for opinions on bags & boxes.

I was more swayed to the silver bull as I have had rigging bags made by them but am now looking at black diamond. Thanks Rob & James.

Have used boxes (ex army ammo their great) before but as I sub alot & find myself carrying my kit around & carrying it around to places vans don't get to sometimes so rucksack like style may be the way for me.

I will also check out some of the sites you have recommended.

Kiza nice slippers fella :001_tt2:

Haha nice its a good bag though i got 85 meters worth of rope in that bag. cam crabs spikes harness coat gloves pully lanyards etc can throw it over the shoulder or us it as a back pack . tbh though i orderd the 65ltr but they ran out of stock so got the 90ltr for the price of the 65ltr couldnt say no

Zips are heavy duty and the bag is water proof sturdy aswell gets chucked on back of trucks over cor wood ladders etc and holds up great if your kit gets soaked on a rainy climb if your going to put your kit back in the bag leave the top open fot ventaltion i know what most of us are on days like that last thing you wanna see is your kit lol

I don't like to slate kit as each to their own but every silverbull bag i have owned/worked with has fallen apart....

I currently keep my rope/harness in a sherill tree bag and rest of bits and bobs in a big gelert exped bag. These two i'm happy with ATM....

Know a few climbers (rock and tree) who use the BD haul bags and boy are they hardcore. Alot of money but looks like they will out live the climbers.
