Like the way you store/display your kit, Paul . Are you OCD?? :) :)

If so can I get some lessons?

Thanks

Timon

Definatly not OCD...but when lt comes to my climbing kit I have always taken the greatest care with it..its a life saver..all my ropes run through cambium or pulley savers and stored in the dry.my mechanical devices are always clean. ...this is only a third of my kit....just havent moved it in yet.

It's a month since I started my "diet"/lifestyle change...I'm amazed at the results..especially my energy levels..as a hyper person anyway I cant believe I have even more energy! Sleep better and wake up naturally a lot earlier than I used to feeling wide awake and ready to go! When I shop I know what my body requires and feels great for eating....before if I needed a snack I woukd by a sandwich....and a pie or two..and scoff it all in a oner...now if im peckish I have some fruit or a slice of granary or weetabix....found out I LOVE carrot! Its so sweet especially with salad and Tuna or Turkey...never had a flat stomach or a sux pack.....because of my severe Hernia in my groin I could never fully straighten up or work the muscles there for pretty much 18 years! Now after 6 years since my Opperation and diet I can see definition appearing....im becoming a new man. Only drawback is....all my trousers are becoming very loose and baggy.....I used to have a 38 inch waist...not anymore....as I treat I am off to my favourite Thai place for some light supper.:)
