I'm watching Speed with Guy Martin.....just got in after a couple of hours with a Lass in town...just a coffee (I'm trying to see how after I feel after one month on the wagon) so one more week to go. She's just a friend but was still great to have some female company.resisted the pie stall....and the Pizza van...was easy...I'm so far into my diet that I wasn't at all tempted but did find the van rather interesting to photograph

I used to gorge on food and most of the time I didn't even chew it! Just gulped it down.....now I'm enjoying small simple portions chewing each mouthful for ages and really enjoying the flavours......I am really enjoying this.

I start the day with 2 weetabix in a small ammount of skimmed milk.....a banana or orange as a snack if I get peckish.....today's late lunch (usually fish) as I have done well I treated myself to chicken cooked the Thai way....i took 1 hour to eat it savouring the lovely flavours.
