That was a Benchmark week And my Birthday which was an added bonus...Been up for quite a while already today.Don't need a lie in these days.No hangover to sleel off and a big change i've noticed since training is that any aches and pains i've gathered over the years have all gone so as soon as i wake up,i'm ready to get up! Spring is on our doorstep. The sunrise is more beautiful than ever and i feel like i am at the beginning of another new chapter.I turned 49 on wednesday and i can say i am healthier and happier than at any other time in my life.Going to sort through all my photos from the winter.I've had a good run the last few years when it comes to documenting my work related stuff but more recently with the arrival of our large chipper and some of the contracts we now undertake, what i can post is now more restricted.

I have trained all my since I was 18 had the odd short period off when my children were first born but I definitely agree training and doing this job go hand in hand mate I get up at 5am every morning not out of necessity out of choice mainly it's a great feeling having the energy when I stopped drinking 8 years ago my training came on leaps and bounds good for u and happy training 🖒

Believe it or not i have been climbing on a Prussick for the last couple of months. This was to add some physical difficulty to my climb.I am far stronger now than i used to be and much faster.

Don't your forearms ache? When I went back to a prussik after using a zig zag mine ached like mad, now I'm back on the zig they are fine again?
