In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

So much to catch up on..can this year get any better for me!?

Too much good stuff going on right now to mention.Last day on Friday for two weeks...Boss looks after us this time of year.But the chocolates were passed on to my Mother.Completed my first month of Cardio.24 sessions in 28 days.Got the body fat right down.Starting Monday i begin a personalised weight training program.I can honestly say that i have never quite felt this fit.The hard bit of going training after work has become easier and instead of watching T.V at night i go to the Gym for one or two hours.It's quite a buzz the feeling that you get afterwards.Healthy Body makes for a healthy mind.

Great watching our new crew members working well together.Mentoring really is my most favourite thing i've ever done!

I knew yesterday was going to be memorable from the moment i saw the Sun rise....

After over 22 years These Tree Amigos met up.And because in 28 days i have had only 1 pint of beer i had a well deserved drop of alcohol.We all did our Blue Book at the same time and one is an Arboricltural Consultant and the other is Principle of the department we were a part of all those years ago.....we are going to try and get as many class of 96 students together in the Spring.Exciting times for me!

Fallen asleep twice in the past during long movies and i need as little liquid inside me.Double Espresso should keep me focused and i am really looking forward to this.........
