In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

Another hot and sunny day in the beautiful North.Only downside was being eaten alive by these critters...

 

 

Have you seen any clegs yet , probably still too early

No Clegs yet Darrin...swallowed a few of them green things yesterday....they were all around my eyes and face.....but thankfully no Clegs!

Bright and sunny here this morning Paul . Going to start filling my log stores for next winter .

Ok...my opinion...and i've used this tool for about 20 years when i first asked my local chainsaw dealer for a handsaw that would do the same job as a chainsaw but without the noise.He sold me my first Nakanoto 60..I've had about four since then and i rate them as the ultimate tree cutting saw powererd by elbow grease.Finest SK4 Carbon steel.Very aggressive cutting action and exquisitely balanced.(Straight blade for precise cuts)

At last the BIG pick up has done it's first job...Special delivery.Another string to the Premier bow.

Highlight of the week for me was most definately friday.Been with Premier over a year now and today would be tool box talk abd appraisal day so confined to the yard and quick missions...Some space aged type sharpening machines to be seen here.These are used to sharpen big circular saw discs....

While i was there i collected out knives.

We have a new wash area with a sump to collect mud and debris...works a treat.
