Like i said,Conner really is a vredit to you Martyn..reminds me of the Conner i trained up. Yours lile him is a Natural talent...strips out a pole in quick time with no pegs..hang on to him mate...total lead climber!!

You work in a very smooth and calculated way Connor....and i know you will only get better,but most of all you communicate with those around you and listen.....these are great qualities in a team player....always work safe and remember,"Good work position is everything";)

Ok...that's it...i'm signing off for today...been up over 21 hours and i need a swifty and half an hour on the XBox before my brain goes into meltdown...Goodnight Arbtalkland and have a Grrrreat weekend y'all.

I do get to see some beautiful parts of the U.K,but if the truth be known i do live in a Stunning part of Britain.This is my favourite place to forget the world and devote my time to my Grandson....

Very true Mr Mortimer....give Fred a big hug from me and my Family...he's been through so much and i have followed his progress.....have to meet him one day...i would love my Oscar to meet him
