Words aren't enough are they to describe the waste of space pondlife responsible. Be nice to catch 'em with the stuff in a quiet lane - as long as you had your fuel can with you: then you could show 'em what the chainey bit on that flat bar thing does!!! CSI THAT spatter pattern Grissom.
