Heavily leaning Scots Pine

I have been watching this Scots pine for the past 5 years. In that 5 years the base has bulged out more and it has leant twice as much. There is an extensive cavity which had Hornets nesting in there two years ago. We may be taking the site on so we are making note of any trees with faults or defects. We have a tree we can cable brace it to but it may be a bit too late as the root plate looks like its trying to lift. There isn't any FBs around the base or up the trunk (yet) but there is signs of brown rot. Is it savable or turn it into a monolith?

it wants to be ground level imo.

Possibly has serious stem failure on the way by the looks

Potentially yes. The lean is towards a side stream off the river and the back of rivate gardens which are left wild at the river end.

shame to disturb the hornets...can't you monolith it high enough to retain them?..in winter..with a MEWP!

Hornets were in there two years ago but nothing in the cavity except beer cans n possibly needles after the entire towns junkie population camped there for 10 weeks and left the site in a right state.
