just a reminder FFIS is administered by RDPE (guess what the E stands for? that may not help Scottish members)

 

 

Lorn Logs, register on a website called j4b it will allow you to search for grant funding streams available in your area dependant on criteria such as number of staff, primary work sector etc, you will get no end of junk emails from them but its used by a lot of bodies to identify funding available to businesses and charities in a given area

Thanks form the replies folks, I've had a look and I think there's definately potential for grants, in fact I've found an organisation up here that promote renewable energy who are willing to help....!! Happy days

If its the FFIS scheme, I was informed the second round which closed on 17 July was the last ever, there will be no more. Personally, I think a new scheme with a different name will be out again next year.

Have found out that there is quite a bit of help going particularly business start up from argyll and bute council! Am looking at the various EU initiaitives to see whats going!
