it looks pretty simple, fishermans the 2 large rings onto either end of the longer piece of rope. prussic the smaller piece of cord with a double fishermans after threading the small ring on. then the shrink wrap is to mark it up. think thats everything??

I reckon tie a large ring on one end of the blue tongue and a small ring on the other end, using a scaffold/ fishermans knot. Then tie a large ring on the prussic cord forming a prussic loop, then tie the loop onto the blue tongue using a prussic knot. Or send it back spend a few extra quid and get a teufelberger multisaver ;)
