Hot smoker on a low temp, long and low!

 

No smoker so it's going to be slow cooker for about 10 hours. Nice and low. Done it before on BBQ and it was a huge hit at last family gathering, not as much as my spit roast pork over open pit but close.

 

I love my food, but food has to be done right.

 

Plus the slow cooker allows me to go split some timber while it's cooking.
