Yes if they are not burnished they are a problem. Now all units we sell have been done. The 26 is good size unit for getting in those tight places.

it goes anywhere, narrower than most gates (35inch i think) rear steer, but he uses the head to move the front, will demolish any size stump

rg 13 is a nice stump grinder to use. I used one last year on a cherry stump and it coped quite nicely.

Hi, I am new to this site so bear with me!

 

I am looking to buy a stump grinder within the next few months but would like some feedback as to which to buy. 95% of my work is domestic so access is the biggest issue. I have been thinking of the bandit hb20 any feed back on this?? I am open to all suggestions!

I use a Husky SG13, they are quite capable, and under 30" wide. Don't rule out an Alpine Magnum though, they are super-portable and you can carry one through somebody's house? Tried one recently on demo and it tore through a 30 incher in respectable time.
