I have heard from a satistical stand point the number of medals won by a hosting country

usually doubles. I believe that will be the case. The out pouring of support by the fans

and games thus far I believe will be a win win for the Olympics and the UK as well.

Seems like the USA is doing pretty well so far. I have a new found respect for womens volley ball teams both indoor and outdoor. Also the women's Polo team from the USA, OMG!, talk about being tough.

Jessica Ennis is now Officially the greatest Womens all round athlete on the planet. Totally Dominated..Phenominal performance! And yet another Gold for Team GB.
