right well lidl are doing 'roo steaks at the mo' so i thought i'll give that a go question is whats best to have them with? got em defrosting in the fridge for tomorrows dinner any idea whats best to accompany them?

Don't over cook them, ideally wanna cook lumps on a kebab over barby or chargrill.

 

Cook them Medium otherwise it's chewy !! Still chewy medium tbh lol

Had it in a pub on The Lizard once - very tasty served with spuds and veg as per a nice tasty lump of cow.

Its all good . Cook it gently to keep it tender . Eat it with another one and anything you fancy. Have a couple of sherberts first !

well with the 'treat it like beef' advice iv'e gone for peppercorn sauce and chips , so far so good was expecting a stronger flavour but its quite nice, cheers fowks
