We have this just arrived on Friday, 2010, 20hp Honda engine & very tidy. £3K + vat.

I've just been to have a look at it, as i'm local, not sure if i can get it in my trailer, which i rather foolishly did'nt take with me, on my own. I will try & get back there with the trailer & try it.

There's a knack to moving these machines about, I struggled with my GM at first with ramps and stuff.

I bought a tail lift Luton and got to the gym and in a few weeks I had it sorted.

Did the wee chipper work with your wheelie bin chip collectors? There's a tipper I'm looking at with a bin lift so combined with a wee chipper and a couple of bins for small domestic jobs I imagine it to be quite a nifty system.

I use a tree busta at the moment, which i take the chute off, making it easier to load/unload.

Had a lad(26 !) working for me the other day, & he wanted to put it back in the trailer on his own, but could'nt get it up the ramps, "how the f**k do youi manage this on your own ?" he asked me !.

It works but it's not an economic way of running a wee chipper to get its full potential .

It's a quick fix for a last resort imo.

So I wouldn't base my van around it.

There's a lot to go wrong with that type of vehicle and its a bit of a 1 trick pony.

It's a reg tipper but also has a bin lift.

I guess a tub of chip is quite heavy..
