This is true. With it being a long time ago aswell chances are the saws have changed hands already.

I don't think it's any of ours as we didn't have a C saw stolen.

Did you have a MS291 stolen? There's one on ebay, brand new, boxed, being sold in Bristol by someone with 0 feedback. Finishes in 40minutes. "for a contract that never happened".

Yes we did, but I would have thought all ours have gone by now.

 

And the police won't be interested/bothered.

 

If it was local I'd go take a look.

I've emailed posing as bidder after serial number. It's either legit or he'll see through it and ignore me. But hey-ho.

a robbery that size may well have gone in one go to the former Yugoslavia TBH they're not so bothered about serial numbers over there, allot of plant & agricultural stuff ends up that way.
