Great idea thanks for posting! There's an advertiser on here somewhere that has a similar method using thick sheet - as it gets rolled up it pulls the logs off - but this looks a bit more heavy duty.

It’s similar to how the old cable operated scraper ejectors use to work, which is why the bulldozers that pulled them would have 2 or 3 independent winches on the back plus the 1 or 2 on the front would also be directed to the back.
