Acording to a close friend of mine, if you join the Federation of Small Businesses, as a member you are liable for discount in insurance.

I don't know if there is proof of this within anyones experience in the arb industry but it may be worth a look into.

I just had a quote for 10 million employers liability and 5 million public liability for £1,756.

NFU are prety good at insuring my vans cars and tractors, 6 vehicles on 3 policies. I have been a member for 16 years though. They also sort out claims prety quick.

i,m with nfu but have a similar policy but am paying more than you for some reason and as previsly stated there quote time is not good they have to send details to underwriters

I think prices are falling, mines down by 25% compared to last year.

 

Also no one is mentioning turnover, your premium is based on your turnover.
