Anything need doing to this oak?

I've got this oak on my land. No targets so no real worries about falling limbs. It's a bit of a landmark and many people have said it looks like its reaching out to grab the sky. I just worry about all the dead material on it.

Thanks all. It's a stunning tree but I've seen so many on national trust land hacked right back lately. I guess they have to worry about targets.

What you do to that tree depends on your conscience, will it make a significant diference either way?

I make a living out of cutting bits off of trees, do I feel bad? No!

How many trees were felled to build the Apple factory?

How many trees were felled to put up the masts to give me a signal ?

How many bugs were killed in my 150 mile round trip with my family today?
