thats cheap ,maybe to cheap !!!! the siamex mob i do believe had a 90 at saltex with a tipper on the back a few years ago looked cool but not very usable

yes £1400 for everything materials ram act and labour to fit

 

That's amazingly cheap, especially if they are using as much aluminium as in your pic. The one in the photo has got steel floor/corner posts etc with ali sides (which would still be a bargain at £1400) but bear in mind that however the steel is treated (painted/powdercoated etc), unless it is galvanised (probably unlikely to be able to get it galv'd because the floor and headboard may warp) then it will probably start to rust through the coating within a couple of years.

should be all ally, galv, pic i uploaded was just one i have found online to give an example of what i am looking for. Guy that quoted £1400 to me has just done my friends 110 double cab, looks rather smart. I'm not to worried about the tool box to start with either

Tip master quoted about 4-5k 2 years ago for that sort of job. I got mine done by boulters in Tadley with high sides 3 tonne ram and new rear lights dividers etc mine came out at 3k with vat. I doubt you could buy the materials for £1400
