Dont know much about the td5, but if its a basic cross member like the old l/rovers then they are taking the mickey BIG TIME.

A normal cross member for a defender is about 150 quid and about the same to fit it

thats a complete piss take go elsewhere. if you were in hampshire i know a guy that will do that for a fraction of that price.

He will even make one rather than use one of the thin steel ones off the shelf.
