Anyone else had problems with Halifax online banking?

They've made a dogs dinner of my accounts the last few months... 4 standing orders; 2 paid twice a month instead of once and the other two not paid at all and then 3 paid 3 times this month! wtf! Then they've cocked up a payment to a subby which was sent last tuesday - normally goes immediately (faster payment) but my statement says it went out on the 19 Mar 12 !!! Only the 17th today.. Subby complaining of not being paid altho it left my account immediately ???

Probably in a downward spiral since takeover by Lloyds, I use Santander for my biz, they're not perfect (but who is these days & to be honest I dont trust banks as far as I can throw them) but the on-line side of things works very well.

don't trust banks - never have. Would happily manage my money without one if it were possible. And as for internet banking - even worse than the shambolic farce-to-face High Street apologies I/we have to put up with. When it goes wrong, you're on your own - you try finding somebody to talk to that 1) knows what you're talking about; 2) doesn't automatically make you feel that YOU are the cause of the problem, and 3) isn't talking to you on a premium-rate phone number.

no problems. I paid a cheque in once and they put an extra naught on the end! soon took the money back out though lol.

Lloyds TSB seem be the worst of the lot. Barclays seem much better never had any probs with them.

they never seem to show as much money as i want in my bank

 

ive been with them on a savings and current account for nearly 10 years now, never had an issue with them!
